WHO WOULD THIS ROLE SUIT: 

As the Marketing Director, you will be working on performance metrics for the marketing team, devising impactful marketing campaigns, and establishing well-defined marketing budgets. In this role, there is a real opportunity for progression to a CMO.

DUTIES INCLUDE: 

• Formulating impactful initiatives and strategies to engage target audiences.
• Investigating product-related aspects, including demand and pricing, through thorough research. 
• Performing comprehensive global market and competitive analyses.
• Collaborating with the existing marketing department to devise innovative advertising solutions across diverse platforms.
• Establishing connections with external lead providers, negotiating terms, conditions, and business requirements. 
• Employing research, tools and KPI's to gauge the efficacy of marketing campaigns.
  

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing is extremely desirable
• Possession of a Master’s in Business Administration is advantageous
• Demonstrated strong financial acumen for proficiently reviewing financial forecasts and establishing targets. 
• Thorough knowledge of social media platforms and SEO.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to adeptly analyze market trends and competitors. 
• Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Practical experience with website analytics, social media platforms, and adherence to digital advertising best practices.
