Position & Context You will be the expert and point of contact for all things marketing at Super Glitch Games. You must be ambitious in your career, passionate about games, and self-motivated to work alongside the founders to make our games a success. Full-time On-site preferred; remote work possible. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. An interest in human psychology and principled marketing applications. Comfortable and experienced communicating with businesses and service providers at C level. Responsibilities Be the point of contact for all things marketing at Super Glitch Games, internal and external. Work closely with the founders to drive brand awareness and user acquisition. Scale and manage the marketing team and service providers (you are the first hire). Develop and execute the marketing strategy within budget and timeframe. Measure and report KPIs and ROIs.
