Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per year
Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Hours – 7.30am – 5.00pm (Monday – Friday)

Marketing Executive – The Role:
Could you be the generator for our engine?
As our Marketing Executive you will proactively develop and create engaging and effective marketing campaigns leveraging the full marketing mix to help us achieve our growth plans.
You will also be responsible for taking our website performance to the next level through increased Google rankings, enhanced user experience and improved conversion rates, making it the ‘go-to’ website for door and window hardware.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Work as part of the Marketing Team to develop creative ways to engage with our target markets.
• Taking ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximise ROI.
• Research and analyse data to identify opportunities.
• Creative content writing (eg. website, PR, campaigns and social media).
• Planning and executing SEO and PPC.
Marketing Executive – What we need from you:
• Experienced in marketing concepts and principles.
• Experienced in email marketing, automated marketing platforms and Google Analytics, using metrics for reporting and performance purposes.
• Energy, enthusiasm and ability to think ‘outside of the box’.
• Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules to produce projects on time and to budget.
• Creative with good written skills, proof reading and attention to detail.
• Experience in developing and managing social media presence and campaigns across the various channels.
