Marketing Executive- Growing Leisure Operator -  Long Eaton, Derbyshire

Circa £29,000+ excellent benefits

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to Support the Sales and Marketing team create and deliver a range of marketing activities for a successful and expanding leisure operator with sites throughout the U.K.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple stakeholders including site managers to create site specific content for brand and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Take ownership for their Social Media channels to build brand awareness and engage the local community.
• Manage the corporate website with updates and work with their digital agency partners to increase rankings, traffic and enquiries.
• Support the brand marketing manager on customer retention activity and customer survey programme.
• Ensure consistency in brand delivery across all touchpoints online and on-site.
• Take an active role in recommending and acting upon opportunities to enhance the customer journey and increase conversion of enquiries.
• Provide a vital link between Marketing, sales and the operational teams.
• Take on new projects as the business evolves.
• Visit sites every month to get to know the teams and the customers they serve.

The Person:

• Hands-on, can-do attitude with a creative mindset.
• Enjoys working at pace and can manage multiple projects in a fast-moving business.
• At least 1 year's marketing experience, preferably in a consumer services (B2c) environment).
• Proficient in Office 365, photoshop, email marketing software and social media platform management.
• First-class written skills, confident in writing copy and producing content.
• Excellent relationship builder with multiple stake holders.
• Have your own transport and living within commuting distance of Long Eaton.
• Prepared to work 3 days in the office each week with some remote working, site visits and attending trade show events.
