Main Responsibilities
- Working with management to drive incremental profitable sales growth.
- Leading and motivating the team to hit their sales targets
- Converting client product enquiries into sales over the phone, email and via live chat.
- Processing payments, negotiating, up-selling, and placing customer orders.
- Building relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
What we require from you:
- Experience working in sales, preferably in an online setting
- Be driven by development, success, and continuous improvement.
- Experience of reporting and working to and achieving set KPI’s.
- Experience in liaising with multiple departments within a company
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience working with luxury goods is preferable, but not essential.
As a busy online retailer, we are open 7 days a week so weekend work may be required.
