Marketing Executive

Proserve has an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Executiveto join our team based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Proserve have over 50 years of experience with the design, supply and support of fabric formwork systems for the global market. Fabric formwork is primarily used for marine construction where its filled underwater with concrete.  

As our Marketing Executive, you will be working alongside the Commercial Director to drive industry awareness of the Company, including its range of solutions and technology through content development and distribution, engaging both a technical and practical audience.

What you will be doing as our Marketing Executive:

• Assisting with the development of the marketing strategy and have a key role in shaping the marketing plan.
• Assisting with brand management, ensuring uniformity of brand image.
• Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to achieve common goals.
• Working with the Engineering Team to distil technical details into a marketing message.
• Improving and updating website with latest content.
• Implementing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Managing and growing social media presence by creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and increasing brand awareness across platforms.
• Developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital channels, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.
• Planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads.
• Organising both internal and external events, from stand design to travel arrangements.

Skills and experience required as our Marketing Executive:

In order to be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience working in a marketing role.
• Strong content development skills, including the ability to produce content in a range of multi-media formats.
• Highly creative with a track record of devising engaging and motivating digital campaigns.
• Graphic design and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with web design.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and ad serving tools.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Data driven with excellent reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Excellent attention to detail.
