Marketing Executive

• Salary: Circa. £23k - £25k (flexible dep. on experience)
• Location: Central Bath (Hybrid working model 2 days in the office / 3 days at home)

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team at a leading B2B media platform.  This multifaceted role is perfect for a creative marketer with digital content skills and a strong grasp of what engages digital audiences. The successful candidate will create engaging content across various digital platforms and social media channels, driving growth and engagement informed by our marketing strategy and plan.

• Create and manage engaging social media content that aligns with their current strategy and formatting.
• Support the marketing manager with website development and multimedia activities.
• Develop and maintain a campaign calendar that supports their media platforms.
• Conduct live interviews with industry professionals and create fresh, exciting content during international industry trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with the team to produce podcasts, webinars, video interviews, and website content.
• Represent the company as an ambassador at important industry events, both national and international.

• Degree in a Marketing related subject or experience gained within a marketing role
• Proven experience in creating multimedia/social media content.
• Understanding of digital and social platforms and their functionalities.
• Familiarity with social media video conventions and video marketing.
• Planning and project management skills.
• Experience in editing and proofing multimedia content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Audition, Premiere, Illustrator), monday.com, WIX, and social media content planning systems.
• Knowledge of paid ad platforms and advertising strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads).
• Excellent communication skills with clear and accurate writing ability.
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
