You will be responsible for strategizing and implementing promotional campaigns for their products and services, while fostering growth within the marketing department to secure longevity and continuous improvements.
Main duties will include:
- Establishing their marketing strategy, collaborating closely with different stakeholders.
- Engaging potential leads with insightful content and nurturing them into high-quality opportunities to increase their sales pipeline
- Strategizing long-term content while regularly adapting to stay relevant of marketing trends and updates
- Overseeing the work and progression of their marketing intern
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to understand customers’ needs and preferences
- Coordinate market efforts across various channels including advertising, public relations, social media, direct marketing and sales promotion
- Enhance employee brand & the ways in which prospects customer engagement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in integrated marketing communications
- Prior experience in the Life Science or Automation Industry would be beneficial
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing market or within rapidly evolving companies is highly desirable
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision making
- Ideal candidate will have experience of B2B Marketing
- Possession of a diploma in marketing, business management, engineering, or a related field is preferred ( Degree would be an advantage)
- Proficient in budget management
- Strong project management skills, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
HOURS: Full-Time
DURATION: Permanent
PAY: £42k – £50k DOE
