Job Role: Marketing Executive
Location - Sheffield
Salary - £30-40k DOE

The position of Marketing Executive is a varied and challenging role, reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing. The Marketing Executive will drive the day-to-day marketing activities across the business, including online and offline platforms. The function will develop integrated marketing campaigns and be responsible for the promotion and delivery of a varied calendar of internal and external events including webinars, seminars, speaking opportunities and exhibitions. This is a mobile role, responsible for a geographic area within the UK. The ability to manage a portfolio of leads and the flexibility to travel to meet customers face-to-face is expected.

The main duties & responsibilities of the Marketing Executive are:
* Support company performance through deployment of all marketing activities.
* Provide marketing support for the Sales teams and network of approved partners.
* Devise and deliver integrated communication plans in support of company targets.
* Support, plan, organise and deliver company events and exhibitions.
* Contribute to the writing of company press releases, feature articles, white papers and case studies as required.
* Coordinate output from outsourced marketing providers.
* Provide support to existing team members as required to meet company objectives, and deadlines.
* Collate competitor analysis and market research, feed this back to internal stakeholders.
* Carry out general marketing administration duties as required.

The successful Marketing Executive will ideally have the below skills and/or experience:

Essential
* Candidates will have at least 2 years marketing experience, ideally within a similar marketing role and be able to demonstrate success in working both as part of a marketing team and independently.
* Experience in using website content management systems (e.g. Wordpress) and electronic mailing systems (e.g. Mailchimp) is preferred.
* Ability to recognise and raise opportunities and issues, as well as identify and implement solutions.
* Experience in identifying/creating new processes to drive efficiencies across the company.
* Ability to manage own workload and capability to support others whilst meeting critical deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable
* Educated to degree level in a marketing or business-related subject (with a grade of 2:1 or higher), and desirably achieved or working towards CIM qualification.
