As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in analysing market, customer, and product trends to identify and develop new market opportunities. You will be instrumental in maintaining and growing the Europa brand, contributing to our business's overall success. Europa is based in Luton and this role is a hybrid role with a weekly onsite requirement.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing Executive

Online:

• Analyse website traffic and visitor data to generate leads and follow-up activities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Manage website content and general upkeep.
• Implement SEO strategies.
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content and activities.
• Oversee digital campaign management.

Sales:

• Support the setup, rollout, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Assist in organizing and attending corporate trade events and large-scale exhibition

Technical:

• Support and execute product launches.
• Provide product specification support.
• Assist in planning and building a new PIM system.
• Maintain databases for PIM, Catalogue, and other key channels.

Reporting:

• Report on analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
• Undertake any other duties relevant to the role.

Skills & Experience requirements -While experience in Marketing is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude above all. Here's what we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Strong experience in online marketing and web environments.
• Knowledge of general marketing tasks.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products.
• Experience with statistics and analysis.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
