Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-sales Executive to join our client’s sales team within the logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to both new and existing customers and booking appointments.

Our client strongly believes that developing its people is key to success and will provide the successful candidate with full training and ongoing support to succeed in their role.

Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: Upto £28,000 DOE (OTE £35,000 - £40,000)

Hours: Monday to Friday 0830 – 1730

Contract: Permanent

Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive can-do attitude, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding high-level sales targets.

· Eager to learn and advance their career with a real hunger and passion to succeed within a rapidly growing company.

· Highly organised individual with good time management/organisational skills complimented with excellent communication and a confident approach to outbound calling.

· Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales or Lead Generation.

· Naturally self-motivated and can work as part of a busy team.

· Positive and can-do attitude at all times.

· An out-of-the-box thinker who believes there is always a way.

What you’ll be doing:

· Outbound calling to new prospects along with proactively building and maintaining existing relationships to acquire win-back potential and increased revenue generation.

· Book appointments for Field Sales team.

· You will be expected to work towards weekly and monthly revenue targets and appointment KPI’s.

· Create positive relationships with gatekeepers and key decision-makers.

· Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of existing and new products/services.
