ABOUT
Redwood Search are delighted to represent a well-known Worcester-based business, seeking a Marketing Executive to join their dynamic and growing marketing team. This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the Marketing Manager in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at driving ROI, enhancing brand awareness, generating valuable leads, and maintaining a market-leading position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage email campaigns
- Coordinate campaign releases with the sales team
- Organise sales product training sessions
- Create and manage customer case studies
- Conduct competitor research
- Arrange attendance at trade events
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team
- Update website content
- Manage social media channels, primarily LinkedIn
- Track and report progress and results in the marketing plan
- Inform customers about product demos
- Oversee internal company communications
- Maintain branded template documents
- Create video content
- Collaborate with external partners such as videographers and website developers
- Maintain a library of marketing collateral
- Work closely with the entire company, including sales and the events team
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Highly organised with a positive inclination to engage and motivate the sales team about campaigns
- Open to personal and professional development
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of SEO
- B2B Marketing
- Ability to understand and interpret marketing data
- Experience with Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Real-Time Marketing
- Project management experience
- Design skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
