Marketing Executive (PR and Content)

£25,000 pa

• Monday – Friday (flexibility required for events), 9 am – 5.30 pm

Your Role

We are looking for a driven and capable individual to join our team to gather and create content for Rygor Group’s PR and Social Media activities.

This exciting role will include the execution of both paid and organic Social Campaigns across multiple channels, the management and creation of PR, managing relationships with publishers, advocates, and more.

Working as part of the marketing department, you’ll be encouraged and required to be proactive and innovative in all that you do and bring new ideas to the table. Excellent communication and IT skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in an organised manner under pressure and strict deadlines.

Day to day you will be:

Develop, and execute innovative and high-quality social media content and plans.

Manage social media pages ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Create thumb-stopping, award-winning content.

Demonstrate strong copywriting and creative vision in content creation.

Understand the unique needs and challenges of Rygor Group and its target audiences.

Reporting on monthly social media performance

This role will be a great fit for you if:

Proven experience in social media content creation.

Proficient in using the Adobe Suite including video editing.

Fluent in social media trends, tools, and analytics, with a knack for capitalising on emerging trends.

In-depth knowledge of all social media channel features and creative tools.

Ability to analyse social media performance metrics and provide clear recommendations for content and strategy improvement.

Comfortable in front of and behind the camera.

Has innovative ideas for engaging content for multiple audiences.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail.

Flexible approach to job requirements, including working hours as attending events etc will be necessary.
