Marketing Executive

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Executive who will drive the local regional marketing, PR and communications plans, who will achieve the objectives laid out in the strategy and in alignment with the overarching Marketing and Business objectives.

This role is based in our Slough office.

Here is a summary of the key responsibilities that apply:

· Assist with delivering the local marketing and communications plan, to achieve the objectives laid out in the fiscal strategy and in alignment with the overarching Business Unit objectives.

· Work with the team in delivering continuous successful activities, campaigns, and customer support.

· Work closely with external creative agencies to design and facilitate marketing deliverables across online and offline platforms.

· Undertake and deliver content, updates, and notifications for the Portal, and other marketing communication platforms.

· Own the CRM and marketing automation tool to help drive effective marketing campaigns.

· Support, co-ordinate and prepare for trade-shows and events on a national and European level.

· Support internal Marketing activities and communications as and when required.

· Communicate and build good working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

· Build a good knowledge base of Hytera’s product lines and products.

· Undertake ad-hoc administrative work to support the Sales, Product Management and Marketing team.

· Support any other relevant company or partner activities and projects.

Person Specification:

· Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, under minimal supervision.

· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

· An excellent grasp of all social media and utilising such tools for competitive advantage.

· Strong IT skills – intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to work and communicate with colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Motivated by a challenging and varied role.

· CIM Level 3 qualification is desirable or relevant work experience.
