We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience to join our high-growth company. We would like someone looking to build something special, take real ownership and interest in company results.

You must be a highly motivated and focused individual to create and implement marketing initiatives for both our UK and US branches such as email campaigns, lead generation campaigns, brand building/awareness campaigns, social media marketing and website revisions.

We are hoping to find the right candidate that can grow within the company and want to promote, recognise and reward those that go above and beyond.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and execution of marketing strategies.
• Engaging the senior leadership team to deliver strong marketing campaigns with visible ROI.
• Responsibility for delivering engaging and rich-content digital marketing content across a wide-range of channels.
• Co-ordinating a cohesive marketing strategy in the UK & US
• Analysing effectiveness of marketing strategy and making recommendations for improvement and development of future campaigns.
• Liaise with internal and external business partners to organise online and offline marketing activities.
• Producing timely content in appropriate marketing format for internal and external clients.
• Working with the internal team to ensure accurately briefed jobs are co-ordinated within timeframes.
• Identify online digital trends and gaps, keeping marketing strategies up to date and in line with business needs
• Build email automation campaigns using Klaviyo
• Help manage our social media channels and look for ways to increase online engagement with both potential customers and our existing customers

Skills, qualifications and experience - Essential:

• Qualification in a Marketing discipline.
• Excellent communicator with good writing/verbal skills.
• 2 years marketing experience.
• Capable of working effectively within a team as well as independently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrable experience in all aspects of Marketing, including PR, digital and social media.
• Organised and proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Forward-thinking and passionate about brand building and results.
