Marketing Intern
- Learning best approach in the creation of marketing materials
- Understanding appropriate activity within the ABPI Code of Practice
- Working in accordance with our compliance procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements at all times. This includes, but not limited to, directives and guidance such as PMCPA, NMC, APBI Code of Practice, GMDP and other GxPs.
- Building knowledge of the neurology portfolio
- Liaising with local colleagues to support two-way communication between global and local marketers
- Developing marketing content that will support the promotion of the neurology portfolio to healthcare professional internationally
- Assist in the planning and delivery of local/international congresses incl. organisation and coordination of symposia
- Assist with compliance approvals and liaise with agencies and internal staff to ensure that items are uploaded on to the compliance system, Veeva PromoMats
- Development and management of internal trackers, timelines, and other internal documentation
- Development of communications and campaigns to support attendance at external & internal meetings
- Management of contracts, Purchase Order creation, tracking and receipting
- Build relationships between BPL and external vendors/agencies
- Support job bag creation and management using Veeva Vault
- Internal/External Marketing meetings & logistics support
- Congress activities support (planning of meetings, liaison with third party providers, briefs, etc.)
- Assist with additional adhoc duties when required
