Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a well-established and respected organisation within the healthcare sector, who are looking to appoint a Marketing Lead on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position based in Nottinghamshire, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working). The salary for this position is £60,000 rising in increments to £70,500 in year 3 (starting salary can be negotiable) plus a £7,000 car allowance per annum and up to 15% annual bonus.

The ideal candidate will have product and brand marketing experience, and a relevant marketing qualification would be desirable.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop, maintain and deliver the annual Marketing Strategy and ensure it is carried out effectively
  • Lead, empower and drive a diverse team who are in the process of transformation
  • Seek out areas of opportunity to increase sales and promote innovative new products
  • Implement new marketing channels and processes, and where appropriate utilise innovative, creative and impactful ideas
  • Work in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and drive marketing focus and campaigns
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team and the wider organisation
  • Actively encourage collaborative ways of working across the organisation
  • Establish, develop and review appropriate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the team

  • Ability to lead on effective marketing campaigns
  • Ability to empower and drive a team
  • Navigate on complex requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines/targets

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
