We are proud to be partnering with a well-established and respected organisation within the healthcare sector, who are looking to appoint a Marketing Lead on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Nottinghamshire, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working). The salary for this position is £60,000 rising in increments to £70,500 in year 3 (starting salary can be negotiable) plus a £7,000 car allowance per annum and up to 15% annual bonus.
The ideal candidate will have product and brand marketing experience, and a relevant marketing qualification would be desirable.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, maintain and deliver the annual Marketing Strategy and ensure it is carried out effectively
- Lead, empower and drive a diverse team who are in the process of transformation
- Seek out areas of opportunity to increase sales and promote innovative new products
- Implement new marketing channels and processes, and where appropriate utilise innovative, creative and impactful ideas
- Work in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to establish and drive marketing focus and campaigns
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team and the wider organisation
- Actively encourage collaborative ways of working across the organisation
- Establish, develop and review appropriate performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the team

- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm / 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible)
