Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance our brand presence, and drive business growth. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the facilities management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target markets, and customer needs.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support business development efforts.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and SEO efforts.
• Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our services and engage with potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, media, and influencers.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and techniques.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
