Our client, a well known global tech company, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a maternity contract.
The role is working in the creative team in Workforce Staffing, Marketing. This team develops the brand and recruitment content to entice jobseekers to join the company. The ideal candidate will have recruitment marketing experience or an agency marketing background. It's a very fast paced department so we need someone who can cope with this.
The role manages end to end project delivery, supporting creative brief development and analyzing initiative performance to support future planning.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with designers, producers, strategists etc to deliver the right content at the right time to the right audience.
Key Duties:
Provide creative solutions to internal clients aligned to organisational goals
Define priortise and drive initiatives forward
Manage end to end development and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns
Track campaign success and gather insights to continually optimise future initiatives
Provide visibility to all initiatives being worked on to the Snr Marketing Manager
Experience & SKills required:
4-6 years marketing experience
Supporting a global or international marketing organisation
Proven project management and client services skills
Solid understanding of creative processes and production
