Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) Responsibilities
This Marketing Manager position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Developing and implementing the multi-channel marketing plans to support domestic and international student recruitment activity
- Creating and executing tactical marketing campaigns for recruiting new students and retention of existing students
- Maximising the use of content marketing through online and offline channels
- Managing and optimising the website
- Tracking and analysing results of the marketing campaigns and pipelines and monitoring marketing spend
- Planning advertising and promotional activities in liaison with the global recruitment team and supporting the overseas promotional activities

Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable B2C marketing experience, preferably within a higher education sector or a similar fast-paced customer-facing marketing environment. You will have a previous and solid, demonstrable understanding of how to attract individuals, families, parents and of refining and delivering a marketing strategy. You will possess excellent people, stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to work autonomously. This position requires an analytical and creative marketing professional, someone able to manage multiple priorities on a national and local scale, working collaboratively with other team members for success. This is a Maternity Cover role and so you must be able to start with a short notice period, and hit the ground running and know how to build a brand identity and attract the right calibre of students. You must have strong people management and leadership skills to support team members. You will be proactive and able to work to deadlines and be self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially minded.
Location
This role is office-based in Oxford. There is no parking however it is easily accessible via public transport. There will be the possibility of one day a week working from home.
This role is full-time, permanent for a 6-7 month duration to cover maternity leave.
