- Lead a small marketing team: A small team will help assist you with hitting objectives ( marketing executive, designer, external agencies)
- Manage our CRM’s marketing elements (HubSpot): Building workflows, emails, and lists in HubSpot (including general HubSpot management to support marketing operations) for both B2C and B2B objectives
- Oversee the continuous improvement of our digital channels & website: With a variety of existing and upcoming offers, you’ll need to work with the team to ensure they are quickly and clearly reflected on our digital channels
- Lead cross-departmental campaigns: We’re constantly releasing new features and launching new customer initiatives, so you’ll act as a central point of truth for what our customers will receive, liaising with other departments to ensure everything is ready to be announced
- Manage client projects: Some of our biggest B2B clients require marketing advice and asset creation, which needs to be managed accurately and on-schedule
- Organise events: This may include arranging our stands at industry conferences or prepping materials for training events
- Report on marketing channels’ performance on a weekly basis: It’s key that every member of our team is vigilant of important metrics, so understanding how to find and report on this data is a must
- Ensure a consistent adherence to our brand and aims: As Healthera grows and serves more people, it’s crucial that our messaging and styling stay consistent across the material we publish
- Strive for excellence: Healthera is undergoing a big transformation and aim to become one of the UK’s household health brands, which needs to be reflected in everything we do
- Adapt to new opportunities: We’re a rapidly growing company and are always looking for new, exciting ways to advertise ourselves, so one of your most important tasks will be responding quickly and enthusiastically to new opportunities – we highly value people who get stuck in!
