Marketing Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team and become a key part of the growth of the business. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, improves customer engagement, and most importantly generates sales leads.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated, innovative and able to demonstrate creative thinking. They will be highly productive, passionate about quality and committed to delivering success.

The role:

· Collaboratively devise a multi-channel marketing strategy.

· Execute the strategy within the agreed budget and deadlines.

· Work with colleagues and partners to create collateral to support sales.

· Find, plan, and execute industry events and shows.

· Report to the board on progress and KPI’s.

• Exceptional attention to detail and computer literacy
• Able to manage and prioritise time and work to deadlines
• Able to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners
• Experienced in marketing strategy development and implementation
• Experienced in multi-channel marketing using latest software platforms
• Have a strong understanding of marketing channels, tactics, and analytics
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
