Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a motivated Marketing Manager to assist in leading a Marketing Agency team in the Newbury area. You will be assisting with strategy and in the day to day running the department reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will ensure the team runs smoothly, all campaigns are planned and executed to hit deadlines and targets and will regularly draw on your experience in Marketing automation and workflow processes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the development and execution of the agency's marketing strategy

• Focusing on driving growth and generating leads

• Managing and mentoring the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities

• Assisting the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media and paid advertising, automation, lead generation and content marketing

• Assisting with team recruitment and resource management

• Collaborating with account management, creative, and development teams

• Conducting market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and tactics and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in marketing

• Analysing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

• Assisting monitoring the Marketing budget

Requirements

• Broad Marketing experience, ideally gained within a technology business or with technology clients

• Proven experience leading a team

• Marketing automation experience essential

• Key understanding of marketing principles and tactics, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising

• Ability to develop, promote and execute effective marketing strategies

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field advantageous
