NC Associates are working in partnership with a long established professional services organisation based in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. My client is looking for a results-focused, creative marketer with a passion for what they do – someone who is creative and innovative, and who desires to help a growth-focused business realise its goals in both domestic and overseas markets.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities to include:

• Plan and execute circa three marketing campaigns per year; work with technical professionals and report regularly on campaign performance
• Lead the creation of our annual, research-based flagship marketing report
• Devise, create & distribute content including articles, podcasts, digital mailings
• Manage social media channels & create content 
• Manage CRM database & work with the team to ensure contacts are recorded, maintained, tagged, and fed into appropriate marketing campaigns
• Identify and engage external technology incubators & other intermediaries useful for BD purposes
• Manage directory submissions processes & relationships with directory representatives

Marketing Manager Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager
• Experience with campaign and social media management & reporting
• Content development and distribution via digital marketing platforms & social media
• Search engine optimization and general website best practices
• Ability to manage several competing interests at once
• Ability to interact and gain the confidence of senior stakeholders including partners
