Our Client-

A UK and Ireland leading engineering distribution company who are premium experts in their field. Due to continued rapid growth, we are looking to recruit a hands-on Marketing specialist to lead the Marketing team.

The Role-

As our client is continuously growing their services, they are also growing their team. The Marketing Manager is a crucial element to the growth of the business specialising in external email campaigns to both current customers & a targeted new customer base for all products.

As the Marketing Manager, you will have the responsibility of the weekly, monthly & quarterly results, leading your team through campaign development, event planning, product alignment & ensuring these are executed successfully, supporting all of manufacturers, services & departments. Alongside this you will guide the company’s marketing strategy. Within the role, holding a creative organised experienced lead in the development and execution of running a marketing department is critical.

About you-

• Ability to present back successes and developments on a monthly basis
• Lead & generate revenue through all channels of marketing
• Have excellent time management skills & feel confident in demonstrating initiative - Your team could be running multiple campaigns per week, holding events & expected to generate new business leads through these avenues - so as you can imagine, you will need to have excellent time management skills & feel confident in demonstrating initiative
• You will have a strong background in Marketing, ideally with experience of using adobe/Canva & ideally worked with HubSpot previously.
• You will have the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach and be someone who wants to be part of and instrumental to the growth of the business and its work culture.
• You will be an effective decision maker with excellent influencing skills, who is looking to constantly improve systems and processes and developing strategies.
