Job Overview

As our Marketing Manager, you will be working in partnership with the Consulting and Resourcing Directors to help us shape our message and engage a wider audience with a range of content to increase our reach and engender a sense of trust and familiarity among a far wider audience.
This is very much a hands on role will be responsible, with support from the Directors, for end to end marketing activity with long and short term goals focusing on growing our reach and brand recognition, as well as generating enquiries and leads. creating copy, images, and video content for case studies, articles, advice and though pieces, white papers etc. – as well as running and tracking campaigns via email and digital channels, managing the odd event, and generally finding inventive ways to get our brand out there.
Responsibilities
- Help us shape and strengthen our brand voice
- Work with the wider team to generate a range of content – articles, emails, infographics, videos, images, etc.
- Come up with ideas for content and campaigns focusing on building brand awareness and generating leads.
- Manage and maintain a modest leads database and campaign tool.
- Build, test, refine, and track campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage an events calendar and make recommendations for worthwhile event attendance as both guests and participants.
- Grow our online presence through consistent value-focused content, managing engagement and responses.
Skills and experience
- B2B marketing experience is a must, preferably within a professional services business.
- Strong creative skills with experience of Adobe CS or similar tool kit.
- Experience writing professional copy and graphics.
- Simple campaign management skills – applying audience targeting and creating campaigns.
- Comfortable with standard marketing and campaign metrics and dashboards
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
