Retail Marketing Manager Central London 40-45, Month FTC, 25 Days Holiday
Based in London, our retail client is seeking to recruit a talented Marketing Manager to support their ongoing growth and success across the UK. The successful Marketing Manager will offer retail marketing experience in a design/trend led environment, with superb in store and online marketing experience.
Our client has a thriving Retail and eCommerce business and is on an exciting journey to expand this over the coming months/years.
We are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to be responsible for the following on a 12 Month FTC:
- To drive a step-change using an omnichannel approach
- Oversee the development and coordination of all promotional activity across digital channels and stores
- Manage the ongoing optimisation and continual improvement of all marketing channels, including email, social, website & stores
- Create and optimise a segmented program for omnichannel, customer engagement lifecycle campaigns
- Analysing content performance and impact, and generating weekly insight and analytics updates
- Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to the marketing and creative team
To be considered for the position of Marketing Manager on a 12 Month FTC, you will offer the following:
- Marketing within an a department store environment, managing multiple 3rd party brands & products
- Detailed knowledge of Ometria / CRM platforms, Google Analytics, SEO & Social platforms essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Creative flair balanced with commerciality
- Excellent written & spoken English
- IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft packages or Google Suite
