Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong digital background to join one of the largest providers of housing, care and commercial services within the UK. It's a varied role, managing a team of 6 alongside agencies.
The role:

Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, you will manage the development and delivery of tailored marketing campaigns, both digitally and on a local level in line with the marketing strategy, to maximise publicity opportunities and promote their brand.
You will also oversee social media strategies ensuring they’re reaching target audiences, maximising publicity opportunities, encouraging take up of services and managing operational brands. In addition, you'll manageg the full production and delivery of marketing projects, promoting key messages to enhance brand awareness, and advise on appropriate tools to communicate to audiences, recommending practical and cost-effective solutions to get the best out of marketing communications in varied geographies and audiences.
You will also ensure that Group PR protocols are being applied correctly across the business and will undertake appropriate research and analysis to identify and monitor market trends. You’ll also report on all key issues, and guide and mentor the team, to help them achieve their personal aims and objectives.
What we’re looking for:
In essence, you’ll be an experienced Marketing Manager looking for a new opportunity that will give you bags of room to grow and thrive in a team of creative and innovative thinkers. You’ll need a sound grasp of the most common channels, and experience in the housing, care or related sectors would be handy too, although not essential.

You'll be managing a good sized team made up of marketing, communciations and designers, undertaking 1-to1's and appraisals as well as managing workload so you'll enjoy being a mentor and helping your team reach their full potential. Additionally you'll manage a couple of agencies and you'll have experience of writing detailed briefs and proposals.
