We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Marketing Manager to create and deliver the multi-channel marketing strategy to drive membership growth across multiple HR subscription networks within our Searchlight division.
Our Story:
Launched in 2020, Searchlight is a business information product that introduced a subscription-based offering to Hanson Wade Group’s business model. Searchlight follows where the event business leads, developing year-round online communities within the HR function across different industries.
Our focus is to establish our HR groups within the Life Sciences industry, having recently launched a network in Healthcare. Later this year, we will launch our third network in the rapidly growing Construction industry to compliment our growing event portfolio. Our 2024 objective is to grow our membership and understand what value means to them.
We seek to establish the marketing influence on revenue, building pipeline for the current networks and support renewals. About You:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Account Based Marketing
- Proficient at creating and updating website on platforms such as WordPress
- Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, Marketing Cloud etc
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Desirable:
- Experience with Marketo (marketing automation platform) and Salesforce (CRM)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search

Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 + profit share (£42,000 - £48,000 OTE)
