Based in Fareham – min 3 days per week

Monday to Friday

Holiday, 22 days plus Bank holiday which rises after one year.

Fareport Training are an Ofsted 'Good' work-based training provider. We deliver Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and Commercial Training across England to individuals and employers who want to upgrade their own or the skills and qualifications of their workforce. Skills Bootcamps and Commercial Training will be key areas of focus for this role.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and generate leads for our new training programmes. Our target audiences include both large employers and individuals looking for training.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of Marketing, including leveraging digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms.

 The role includes:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads for our new courses. Advise on ideal spend by channel to reach relevant audiences.
• Create marketing assets including landing pages, ads and brochures with support from the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive
• Manage multiple digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns, which may include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including course leads, sales and project managers

We are looking for someone with the following knowledge & experince

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Marketing
• 10+ years experience in  marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and results.
• Experience managing others
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tactics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Proactive and driven individual with an ability to respond to changing priorities and new projects
