We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious and customer-focused Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our gift hampers, enhancing our brand reputation, and driving sales.

As we enter this significant phase of growth, you ll be developing and implementing our brand marketing strategy across all our channels and communications as we bring new product to market in the fast moving consumer goods sector.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of b2b and b2c marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email. This includes bringing new products to market, product launches, organising international, national and company events.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for our website, product descriptions, and promotional materials.
- Audience Targeting: Identify and segment our target audience to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and third parties to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data (using such tools as google analytics and make data-driven decisions.
- Friendly Approach: Infuse warmth and friendliness into our marketing communications to resonate with our customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in marketing with particular experience in bringing product to market in the in the fast moving consumer goods sector and/or experience in the retail and e-commerce setting. Including management experience in leading a small team to deliver results.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Qualifications: degree or equivalent in Marketing.
