AddressMarketing Manager – Manchester - Up to £45,000 DOE
New role to join a firm with over 25 years experience, who have established themselves as a leader in the UK property investment market. They pride themselves on market knowledge and high sales standards with a consultative approach.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead generation
- Creation of paid social media videos
- Creating internal mailers to our database (3 mailers per week via Mailchimp)
- Creating internal collateral such as investment guides
- Taking developer material and creating new media videos that can be utilised for effective lead generation purposes as well as on videos post enquiry to inform prospects of the opportunity
- Management of social media channels and creating posts in-house and hands on
- Using Adobe applications, Meta platform, Mail Chimp, CRM systems and Office
What you will have
- Experience within a similar role, ideally in the property investment sector
- Experienced in lead generation
- Graphic design skills
- Video editing skills
- Experience in SEO and PPC is desirable
