Central Employment are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Digital Solutions Consultancy, as they look to appoint an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager, part of their on-going expansion and operational growth.
This would be a hybrid role, working up to 3 days from there Teesside office.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for the tracking and reporting of marketing activities.
- Ensure that key projects are being driven forward in the areas of Digital Advertising, Website, Data/Analytics, Email, SEO, Social Media and PPC.
- Ensure all content and communications fall in line with our client's brand guidelines and are executed to a high standard
- Oversee the production of content for our website, email, paid digital advertising
- Work closely with the Design team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to the brief.
- Support the development of team members with regular catch-ups.
Marketing Manager profile:
- Ambitious and self-starting
- Able to manage a team (past role as manager preferable)
- Comfortable dealing with clients
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
- Expand and develop marketing platforms
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Determine and manage the marketing budget
- Create marketing presentations and copy write
- Liaise with media and advertising
- Collaborate with the sales function
- Prepare and project manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials
- Devise and organise a calendar of marketing events, such as dinners, promotions and events
- Oversee and update the website(s)
- Develop and communicate through the organisation’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Write press releases and communicate with the media
- Write and produce a regular newsletter and blogs
- Lead PPC and SEO campaigns
Education and Experience
- Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing and PR strategies
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge – SaaS, Technology sectors
- Automated marketing exposure
- Experience with relevant software applications
