We are delighted to be working with a leading property firm in Thornaby who are now seeking a Sales Manager due to continued growth within the business. This is an exciting time to join a successful business, with further growth plans. You will be an integral part of the company, providing important support to the team. This role would suit a sales driven individual, with a real get up and go and the ability to lead a team.
Duties as a Sales Manager:
* Overseeing team members and providing advice
* Taking ownership of the sales process from valuation through to completion
* Converting leads and convincing sellers
* Handling correspondence and building relationships
* Liaising with internal and external parties
* Being involved in the valuation process
* Meeting deadlines and supporting the business goals
* Updating relevant parties and systems
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Market and promote the businesses properties
What we are looking for:
* Experience in a Property / Sales Manager position
* A driven and motivated individual
* The ability to gain sales and build relationships
* A good knowledge of the property sales process
* An organised individual, able to prioritise tasks
* Customer focussed
* Used to working in a fast-paced environment
To be successful as a Sales Manager you will have an excellent sales etiquette, and strong negotiation skills. In return you will receive a Salary between £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with a realistic OTE of £41,000 plus benefits, working 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
