We are pleased to support with the recruitment of an interim Database Lead for a health organisation. The Database Lead will implement the charity’s new CRM and ongoing systems integration efforts, working across departments to develop reporting, analysis and data selections that will help to improve supporter insights and boost retention and income generation.
This is such an exciting role as you will have the opportunity to introduce new ways of working and generally set the team up to be much more data informed. You will also be in charge of training colleagues on how best to interact with recently integrated systems, from new starter inductions to upskilling sessions. Additionally, you will lead on database support, such as troubleshooting and providing additional guidance when needed.
To be a fantastic Database Lead, you will need:
- Relevant data/ CRM management experience
- Track record of creating automated processes that can give insights into existing relationships with donors
- Demonstrable experience of managing, developing and implementing new systems and business processes
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
Contract: 6-month contract
Location: London hybrid
