• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share
• Develop a strong lead generation strategy.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to exceed performance targets
• Analyse market trends and competitor's strategies to identify opportunities and key issues
• Manage budget allocation for all marketing campaigns and initiatives

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• B2B Marketing experience
• Strong background in lead generation
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing department
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and formulate strategic marketing plans
• Proficiency in using marketing software and online applications
• Creative and innovative mindset
