Vacancy: Pre-Construction Manager

Location: Doncaster / Sheffield (hybrid working)

Contract: Permanent

Role overview:

As the Pre-Construction Manager you'll be working within the Building Solutions Team, supporting the delivery of all Pre-Construction Services on projects up to £15m.

Your day to day will look like:

• You will manage and coordinate all Pre-Construction activities
• Managing the Pre-Construction process from tender issue through to handover to the operational team
• You will work with the members of the Pre-Construction team to ensure milestones are successfully completed in the Pre-Construction process
• You will attend site visits to view the project during the Pre-Construction stage and engage with the designers and supply chain partners as necessary to inform the detailed design and pricing process

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in construction or engineering
• Previous Pre-Construction experience on projects up to £15m
• A proven record of successful project delivery
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Drivers Licence
