Description

• Creating and publishing dynamic content that promotes audience interaction and engagement.
• Managing and improving lead generation campaigns.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Managing and coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
• Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs.

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work on projects alone.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• A high level of creativity paired with the ability to think critically.
• Strong team management and decision-making skills.
• An understanding of website analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
