NXT are working on behalf on an award-winning business in Carlisle which is market leading in the ecommerce field and they want to grow their team with a Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Watch over the creation of all marketing strategies including the website, ads, email campaigns and social media
- Plan and produce comprehensive marketing strategy for online and retail channels
- Manage relationships with key brands
- Utilize marketing tools to track, measure and report on effectiveness
- Management of the brand and retail marketing budget.
- Drive the digital marketing strategy
Skills and Experience:
- Digital marketing and marketing experience is preferred
- Experience with an ecommerce business
- Exceptional leadership skills and motivational abilities.
- Evidence of creating and delivering innovative marketing for online and offline
- Great analytical skills with a wide understanding of business strategies and sales targets.
- Strategic, analytical and commercial awareness
