Registered Manager Overview:
We are pleased to be supporting a family-run care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager, for a large home in the Blackpool area. The Registered Manager will lead a specialised service and an established care team providing respite, residential, nursing, EMI and dementia care.
The ideal candidate will have nursing and Registered Manager experience in a large nursing home or experience of multi-site management. You will be passionate about providing high-quality care and support and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Registered Manager Candidate:

• Ideally RGN / RMN
• Experienced Home Manager within a large nursing home or multi-site management
• Must be passionate about providing high-quality care and support
• Strong CQC knowledge, governance and compliance experience
• Must have good communication and leadership skills

The Registered Manager Package:

• Salary up to £70,000 (dependent on experience)
• Training and development opportunities
• Company pension scheme
