Description
- Leading the marketing team and setting the marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns for various platforms.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget and ensuring a good return on investment.
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for marketing.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing activities.
Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
- A degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B industry.
- Desirable digital experience would include SEO, Digital Advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong copy writing skills.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Event management experience is desirable.
