We are working in partnership with a highly successful and well-respected client in Salisbury, who are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Role: Marketing Manager

Salary – £35,000

Hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Location – Salisbury (Office Based)

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

• Data Analysis and reporting:  Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.  Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Content Development:  Collaborate with the marketing team and our agencies to develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials.
  Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
  Work hands-on in creating and optimising content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Strategy Planning and Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with brand requirements and company objectives.
• Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from initial concept, to analysis, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, and social media advertising, to maximise online presence and effectiveness.

Requirements of the Marketing Manager:

• You will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or minimum of 2 years proven experience in a hands-on similar marketing role.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation and exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly skilled in Excel for data manipulation, analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in marketing analytics tools and platforms. (e.g Google Analytics, CRM software, social media management tools)
• You will be required to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a flexible approach to working hours during peak times. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach with a willingness to actively contribute to campaign execution. 
• Attention to detail imperative and remaining calm under pressure.
• Willing to travel to other sites and possess a full UK driving licence.
