We will ask you to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across a variety of media platforms, ensuring every message hits the mark. From creating attractive marketing materials to overseeing our social media accounts, you'll be at the forefront of estate agency marketing excellence.

However it doesn't stop there. As the linchpin between our central team and franchisee network, you'll provide invaluable support and guidance, empowering branches nationwide to activate local marketing campaigns with precision and impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

· To develop and implement brand marketing and content plans across various media platforms.

· Management of both internal and external stakeholders .

Travel will be required

· Create and maintain marketing collateral for branches while ensuring compliance.

· Own monthly reporting and planning documents, providing analysis to stakeholders.

· Ensure consistent tone of voice and creative visuals across brands.

· Manage the design pipeline and prioritize tasks for the Senior Graphic Designer.

· Keep marketing materials updated and aligned with brand standards.

· Plan and publish social media content across all channels.

· Assist branches in producing custom marketing assets for print and social media.

· Spearhead new brand initiatives to engage consumers.

· Manage marketing suppliers and ensure timely delivery of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
