Exciting opportunity to join my client, a highly recognised global leader in their field, as a Marketing Manager on a fixed term contract basis.
You will be responsible for driving growth, sales and profitability through effective marketing strategies as well as managing and developing 3 Marketing Executives.
Please note: this role is a fixed term contract for maternity cover.
Some duties include:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to maximise sales, profitability and new product launches.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and arranging quarterly meetings to implement agreed strategies.
- Budget management and reporting on monthly finances.
- Analyse and report on marketing activity; using findings to demonstrate ROI and reporting on monthly ROI.
- Management of pricing, promotions and advertising.
- Managing and developing a team of 3 Marketing Executives.
- Any other duties as required.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
- Experience in a marketing role at management level.
- Experience of working within a B2B industry.
- Experience of marketing products.
- A degree (or equivalent) in marketing.
- Strong line management skills.
- Able to demonstrate experience of successful campaign management.
- An understanding of e-commerce platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and report on data.
- A meticulous attention to detail.
- Immediately available or have a short notice period.
