SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a really exciting role as a Marketing Manager within a rapidly scaling Recruitment Firm based in Central London.
This would be their first internal marketing hire and it would be standalone for the first six months with a view to hiring an executive in the long term. They would love to meet an ambitious and experienced individual who can hit the ground running as their generalist marketer and spearhead their marketing initiatives as well as being responsible for branding, website, event organisation, communication and social media. They will work closely with the consultants and co-founders to portray the company's unique vision and be highly involved with the direction and strategy of the high-growth business. This position will also play an important tole in their expansion into the US market, helping the engagement and lead generation with international clients and candidates. You will be expected to create compelling visual content from social media posts to dynamic email campaigns, and enhance the company's digital presence especially on LinkedIn, driving brand awareness. Experience in event coordination would also be beneficial. The ideal candidate would have a background in marketing roles within professional services, and come with experience of content creation, email marketing and social media, with high attention to detail and a track record of innovative marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
