My client, a Healthcare company based near Guildford are recruiting for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead and execute recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns. This person will act as a link between marketing and talent acquisition focusing on attracting top talent for the organisation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract and engage top talent.
- Channel expertise - using knowledge of key marketing channels including LinkedIn, social media, industry press, SEO, PPC and so much more, to build a multi channel marketing plan to get in front of candidates.
- Job advertising - create and optimise job ads.
- Candidate sourcing - within the strategy, identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to support and collaborate with the talent acquisition team in building a talent pipeline, including job boards, social media, professional networks and industry events.
- Employer branding - utilising the brand to create content and assets to use to communicate with prospective candidates
- Content creation - Develop content including videos to drive engagement
- Metrics and analytics - set, track and analyse recruitment SMART metrics to drive ever improving marketing and recruitment effectiveness and measure success
