Role -

Working closely with global on branding the Marketing Manager will be responsible to turning global messages into hard hitting, insightful, sales tools that resonate across their market of responsibility. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of marketing the range of hospital products.

The following tasks are representations of key job functions -

• Positioning company as provider of choice for NHS and Private Hospital business within the UK
• Lobbying institutions and key customers
• Building a strong working relationship with the sales team
• Motivating, coaching and developing the team
• Working closely with R&D.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns and customer events to promote brand awareness•
• Developing and implementing strategies and plans for: Product Launches
• Manage Phase in - Phase out process.
• Sales Enablement and Product
• Training
• Competitive Intelligence
• Sustainability

Applicant Profile -

Applicants wishing to be considered for the Marketing Managers position must be HUGELY DYNAMIC, WANT TO OWN THE MARKETING FUNCTION AND BE ABLE TO DEVELOP THEIR TEAM.

They will have….

• 5 years + Marketing Management experience in the Healthcare Sector.
• Formal marketing qualifications

Ideally they will also have

• Some sales management experience in the medical equipment / medical devices market
• Experience of Infection Control, Skin therapy, Wound Management, Operating Theatres would be ideal..
