Marketing Manager, Preston, £26000 - £35000 DOE
This leading commercial vehicle dealership is on the look-out for a new Marketing Manager who is passionate about social media, with the creative flair and know-how to take their global brand to the next level.

Working within the automotive sector for a well-known commercial vehicle dealer, the purpose of this role will be to build and amplify their online brand. You’ll showcase their products to a global audience through effective social media and email campaigns and maintaining accurate and engaging product information online.
This is a creative role where you’ll have full responsibility for all digital visual assets – you’ll be a dab hand with creating video content and high-quality photography.
As the sole marketer, you’ll have full autonomy to create an engaging social media marketing schedule which embraces all platforms, from TikTok to LinkedIn, and everything in between. And whilst this is a stand-alone role, you’ll collaborate with the wider team to involve them in content and campaigns.
Whilst this is a creative role, there is also a commercial focus. You’ll be tasked with uploading website content, writing product descriptions and creative adverts. Collaborating with the sales team to maximise opportunities to showcase their vehicles and generate return on investment from advertising campaigns.
Key Skills and experience
You’ll have at least a years’ experience working in Social Media Marketing and running social campaigns, across all channels, specifically TikTok. You’ll have previously run commercial campaigns and be able to report on and evaluate their success. Previous experience or a keen interest in the automotive industry.High quality photography skills to produce high quality imagery and video content. Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail.Previous experience using a CMS and able to create and upload SEO optimised website copy and images. Experience using Mail Chimp and running email Marketing campaigns. Passionate about Marketing and staying up to date with the latest trends. Able to understand global audiences and create content that drives engagement.The ability to collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and deliver a marketing and advertising plan that generates Return on Investment.
