A newly created role has arisen at this successful, rapidly expanding business. They previously utilised an external marketing agency and now want to bring in an internal Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies.
This is a perfect opportunity for somebody to make the role your own.
Duties will include;

• Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns for the company brands and a range of specialisms, including designing collateral on InDesign and leading on copywriting.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team by the marketing strategy and provide daily support to the Marketing Executive with their workload
• Play a key role within the company to help and improve competitiveness in the market by way of customer/client feedback.
• Organise and attend external events with key clients.
• Manage and implement website improvements and general maintenance on WordPress.
• Support internal communication and build internal relationships.
• Support recruitment activities and take the lead on employer branding campaigns.
• Regularly use InDesign and Microsoft packages to create marketing materials and branding documents for campaigns and business support.
• Responsible for analysing the value and impact of all marketing activity.
