Job Title: Marketing Manager
Evolve Recruitment are looking for a Marketing Manager for their highly prestigious client.
The Purpose of the role is to lead a programme of marketing activities, which manage the practice’s profile, communications, opportunities, and approach to identifying new business. YOu will report to Directors Interface with Marketing Executives, senior staff, bid, project and support teams, clients, and partners.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Management and prioritisation of the research, identification, evaluation, coordination, production, and monitoring of the following marketing activities:
• Marketing strategy• Internal and external communications• Website and online presence • Marketing material (brochures, presentations, profile packs etc.) • Conferences and events (lead role of large projects) • Award submissions • Branding, graphic, and written content • Industry directories and association’s membership and participation • Cross-office communication and integration • Budget and expenditure • Business development support (as required by staff) • Bid production support (as required by Bid Team) • Marketing Team development planning
Core Competencies - Excellent copywriting and graphic skills and experience , Ability to understand our audience and to produce appropriate material, Online and social media skills and experience, Excellent communication and organisation skills, Ability to perform multiple activities whilst meeting deadlines, Precise attention to detail, Ability to use initiative and work independently, Experience of working within the construction industry, Proficient use of InDesign and Microsoft Office, effective use of Photoshop and Illustrator.
